A non refundable $50.00 registration fee for the 1st student .  $15 per each additional sibling will be collected upon registration   All billing will take place via our automatic billing system and tuition will be deducted on the 1st of the month. 

Homeschool/ Charter school funds are accepted from the following schools: Cottonwood, Feather River, Lakeview, Clarksville, South Sutter, Horizon, Visions, and Forest Charter.

  • Purchase orders must be submitted to Ballet Rejoice by the 1st of the month and cover the entire month of lessons.

  • Certificates should be created to cover the maximum number of months allowed by the charter. Any fees or tuition not covered by the purchase order will be billed directly to the card on file. 

  • All Charter families must maintain a current card on file. All declined cards will be subject to the late fee policy.

  • Charter funds are only accepted for technical dance classes and cannot be applied towards Christian dance classes.

  •  It is the families responsibility to submit certificates on time, otherwise the card on file will be charged for tuition without notice.

  • Any fees not covered by the Charter will be billed to the card on file.

  • There is an added $50.00 fee charged upon the first month’s processing to cover the additional time this process requires.

Dress Code 

Fairytale Ballet- Leotard (color/style of choice) pink tights,  pink ballet shoes. Hair in a ponytail or bun. On the last class of the month, students are invited to come dressed up in their favorite princess or ballet costume. We have all the required dance clothes for purchase right here at the studio!

All Ballet Levels  - Girls  wear a black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes, black skirt if desired. Hair in a secured clean bun. NO jewelry. Contemporary- Black leotard, black pants, barefoot or contemporary  shoes or socks. Hair in a ponytail or bun. NO jewelry except studded earrings.

Intermediate & Upper Division Dancers- If your teacher allows you to wear a shirt in Jazz, Tap, or Contemporary, it must be a plain colored shirt with no graphics.

Hip-Hop Fusion-All students bring clean tennis shoes and jazz shoes. Wear layers such as shorts and sweatpants, t-shirts and hoodies, etc. Baggy clothes are encouraged, but nothing that students will trip on. All clothing should be free of any graphic images, profane language, or explicit content. Small logos on clothing are okay, but nothing more will be permitted. 

Musical Theater - Black leotard, black leggings, black shorts, or dance tights with a skirt, & jazz shoes.

***All underclothes worn under leotards should be skin tones or black.

Studio Policies

  • Tuition is non refundable. After registering, registration fees and tuition will not be refunded.  

  • When dropping a class, a 2-week notice, submitted in writing prior to the start of the following month, is required

  • Students who drop without notifying the studio office are responsible for all tuition charges incurred; regardless of attendance, until the studio is notified.

  • Tuition will not be prorated for missed classes, nor will tuition be prorated if a class cannot be made up.

  • A $20.00 late fee will be applied if tuition is not paid within 7 days of the due date.

  • Tuition is due on the first day of each month. All families are required to have a card on file which will be billed automatically each month. 

  • A non refundable $45.00 registration fee for the 1st student. $15.00 per each additional sibling will be collected in August or upon registration thereafter. Tuition will be  processed automatically via our online system. 

  • Homeschool/ Charter school funds are accepted from the following schools: Inspire, South Sutter, Horizon and Visions. Purchase orders must be submitted by the 1st of the month and cover the entire month of lessons. Any fees or tuition not covered by the purchase order will be billed directly to you. Home school funds are only accepted for technical dance classes and cannot be applied towards Christian dance classes. 



Health Policy 

This season we are recommending students train in person as much as possible when healthy! Ballet Rejoice seeks to maintain a symptom free environment. If your dancer is showing symptoms of illness they are expected to stay home until they are symptom free. A make up class can be scheduled.

Please review our specific COVID-19 Precautions listed below.

COVID-19 Precautions

  • Before enrollment and attending in person classes, a release of liability waiver must be signed by both student and guardian before attending class.

  • Ballet Rejoice seeks to maintain a symptom free environment. If your dancer is showing symptoms of illness they are expected to stay home until they are symptom free.

  • Outside of parent observation weeks, Ballet Rejoices’ lobby is reserved for staff and dancers only. Upon entrance from the back of the building a Ballet Rejoice staff member will lead the dancer to their respective classroom. Parents can watch from the outside windows to avoid congregation in the lobby. We appreciate the understanding to keep our studio healthy and orderly!

  • Ballet Rejoice will require all parents to notify the office if any child has tested positive of COVID-19 and they will be advised to remain at home. 

  • Ballet Rejoice Staff will wipe down barres and high touch surfaces with sanitary wipes.

Class Requirements:

Please review the class requirements for each level.

  • Basic Ballet -at least 1 Ballet technique class per week (also recommended Jazz & Tap)

  • Elementary 2 Ballet- at least 2 Ballet technique classes per week + 1 alternant dance style per week

  • Elementary 3 - at least 3 Ballet classes per week + 1 alternant dance style per week

  • Intermediate & Upper Division JRs/SRs at least 3 Ballet classes per week + 1 Contemporary per week (also recommend Jazz & Tap, and additional Ballet & Contemporary)

  • Christian Dance Elementary 2 and above require ballet technique classes at the required level to participate in Christian Dance.

MISSED CLASSES:

  • Please do not miss class except in the case of an illness.

  • Please report any absences ahead of time via email so the studio is aware your student will be absent. 

  • In case of an illness the student may schedule a make up class within 1 month of the missed class.

  • No refunds or pro-rations are given for missed classes.

  • Make-up times for classes are available for missed classes due to illness however, attendance is your responsibility and make-up classes are not guaranteed.  

  • Students must be currently enrolled to attend a make-up class. 

CLASS CONDUCT:

We expect our students to practice respectful behavior towards teachers and fellow students at all times.

  1. Do not talk over the teacher. 

  2. Raise your hand if you have a question or need to go to the bathroom.

  3. Do not roll your eyes at the teacher.

  4. Make eye contact with the teacher when the teacher is providing feedback or a correction.

  5. Do not make suggestions or comments regarding a teacher’s choreography, teaching methods, lesson plans, etc., unless specifically asked by the teacher for feedback.

  6. Applaud, encourage, and cheer on fellow dancers.

  7. Don’t talk disrespectfully about students or teachers at the studio. 

We have a zero tolerance policy for bullying, whether via forms of technology or in person.

PUNCTUALITY:

  • Please be on time for all classes. 

  • If a student is more that 5 minutes ate they may be asked to sit out of class.

  • A late student should stand quietly by the door, ask if they may join class, and wait until they are invited in by the teacher’s permission. 

CLASS ENROLLMENT:

  • The school cannot permit students to enroll in any class above their recommended level

  • The director and teachers have the exclusive right to determine the appropriate level placement.
